Shohina, just like her very name, is a unique agent! Shohina grew up in Tajikistan and came to the U.S. as a teenager after winning a scholarship sponsored by the U.S. State Department. She did her undergraduate and graduate studies in the U.S. and Spain and has a Bachelors in Political Science and International Development and Masters in Public Administration. Oh, did we mention that Shohina speaks 4 languages (Tajik, Russian, English and Spanish)?!

After completing her graduate studies at the University of Montana (Go GRIZ!), Shohina returned to Tajikistan and joined the United Nations field office in Dushanbe. For years, Shohina collaborated with Government and grass-roots organizations to improve socio-economic conditions of refugees in Tajikistan, including helping them start their own businesses!

In 2014, Shohina along with her family returned to the U.S. and settled in Arlington, VA. For the past decade Shohina has been actively engaged in the private sector, starting her own business and opening a real estate company, Innovative Real Estate, LLC., and joining Samson Properties.

Shohina’s business skills in complex negotiations and creating outside-the-box solutions help her stand out in the real estate industry and allow her provide her clients top-tier results.
